Sonya Vance Brown, MHRM, currently serves as the Regional Director of Admissions at Sage Truck Driving School since June 2024. Prior to this role, Sonya held multiple leadership positions including Director of Recruitment Services at Revature, where oversight of department recruitment activities aimed to achieve quarterly KPIs and conversion metrics was central. Sonya's extensive experience in enrollment management included serving as Director of Admissions at DeVry University, where complex operations and territory management were effectively managed over nearly a decade, as well as roles at Kaplan College and Olympia College/CCI, overseeing admissions and recruitment strategies. Sonya earned a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and has a background in training and leading admissions teams.
