William Calderaro is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as President and Executive Vice President of The Safegard Group, Inc. since October 2007, William has contributed to the firm's strong reputation in commercial Property & Casualty and Benefits insurance. Prior to this, William held the role of Director at Aon Risk Services, managing the Mid-Atlantic region and focusing on business development and client retention. As a Principal at Altus Partners, William played a critical role in establishing and growing a regional insurance brokerage. William began their career at The Hartford as a Claims Adjuster and Commercial Underwriter. William holds an Executive MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Villanova University.
