Hilary De Lyon is the Vice President and a member of the Council at the Royal Society of Medicine since October 2014. Holding multiple roles, including Assistant Priest and Curate with the Church of England in the Norwich Diocese since June 2013, Hilary supports the vicar in sharing the gospel of Christ. As an Independent Consultant on Governance and Strategy for the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare since August 2017, and Chair of the Audit Committee and Deputy Chair at West Norfolk Clinical Commissioning Group, Hilary has developed a robust portfolio in governance. With a background in health-related consultancy and directorships, including serving as Chief Executive of the Royal College of General Practitioners, Hilary brings extensive leadership experience. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Theology and Ministry from St Mellitus College and degrees in English Language and Literature from the University of Liverpool.
