Abdul Fattah Lakhdar serves as the President of the Diabetes and Endocrine Section at the Royal Society of Medicine since July 2023. With extensive experience as a Consultant Endocrinologist, Abdul Fattah Lakhdar has been affiliated with Barts Health NHS Trust and Whipps Cross University Hospital NHS Trust since April 2004 and 2004, respectively. Previously, Abdul Fattah Lakhdar held a position at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals from August 1996 to March 2004. Abdul Fattah Lakhdar's education includes a Master in Clinical Pharmacology from the University of Glasgow, a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Benghazi, and MRCP and FRCP qualifications from the Royal College of Physicians.
