Debbie Spencer has a background in Human Resources, with experience working at The Royal College of Midwives, The Camden Society, and Adecco UK. Debbie currently holds the title of Director for People and Organisation Development at The Royal College of Midwives. Debbie has a PGDip in Human Resources Management from London Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Cardiff University. Additionally, Debbie is a qualified Workplace Mediator from Total Conflict Management.
