Jim Buttery has a extensive work experience in the medical field. jim started their career in 2006 as a Member of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Advisory Committee. In 2007, they joined the Murdoch Children's Research Institute as a Group Head in Health Informatics and later became the Head of Epidemiology and Signal Detection. In 2013, they moved to Monash Children's Hospital as the Head of Infection and Immunity and Director of Research. Currently, they are the Chief Clinical Research Information Officer and Infectious Diseases Physician at The Royal Children's Hospital.
