Afsaneh Beschloss is the Founder and CEO of RockCreek, a global investment firm focused on sustainable and inclusive investments. Previously, Afsaneh held leadership roles such as Managing Director and partner at the Carlyle Group and served as the Treasurer and Chief Investment Officer at the World Bank, where they pioneered investments in renewable energy. Afsaneh has advised various governments and institutions on financial and energy policy and is an active board member of several organizations, including the Council on Foreign Relations and the Rockefeller Foundation. Afsaneh's contributions to the field have been recognized with several prestigious awards, and they hold an MPhil (Honors) in Economics from the University of Oxford.
