Amy Marsden is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience across various roles and companies. Currently serving as Senior Director at The RMR Group since June 2016, Amy oversees a significant portfolio of 7 million square feet in the DC, VA, and NC regions. Prior roles include Area Director at JLL managing 7.1 million square feet of industrial properties and General Manager for the IndCor portfolio, encompassing over 3 million square feet of industrial properties in Virginia. Previous experience includes positions at AECOM, First Potomac Realty Trust, First Potomac Management LLC, CB Richard Ellis, and Capital City Appraisals. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Ohio State University.
