Aron von Stemm is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in IT management within the cruise industry. Currently serving as Technology Manager for The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection since September 2022, Aron is responsible for the technical maintenance and operation of onboard IT systems. Prior to this role, Aron accumulated significant expertise as Systems Manager at Norwegian Cruise Line, overseeing shipboard IT operations for a 24/7 environment that catered to thousands of guests and staff. Earlier career highlights include positions as Software Deployment Engineer at GPS Projekt- und Servicemanagement GmbH and IT Service Technician at Daimler Benz InterServices, along with foundational experience as an Electronic Technician. Aron holds a Chamber of Trade Degree in Information Technology Electronics from Berufliche Schule Farmsen BS19.
