Anuchit T. is an experienced culinary professional specializing in Thai and Asian cuisine, currently serving as a Thai-Asian Sous Chef at The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection since May 2024 and as Chef De Cuisine at Amari since November 2023. Previous roles include Asian Sous Chef at OUTRIGGER Fiji Beach Resort, Thai Chef at Meeru Island Resort & Spa, and Thai Chef at Finolhu Baa Atoll. Anuchit also held positions such as Junior Sous Chef and Chef De Partie at Star Corporation Restaurant Management LLC, and Demi Chef De Partie at Intercontinental Abu Dhabi. Anuchit began the culinary career as Chef De Partie at Regent Palace Hotel and studied at Udonthani College.
