Sierra Gronau currently serves as a Resort Team Leader at Pebble Beach Resorts, overseeing guest services and operations at The Inn at Spanish Bay and The Lodge at Pebble Beach since July 2022. Responsibilities include staff management, coordination of VIP and group schedules, valet parking oversight, and ensuring timely delivery of services to guests. Prior experience includes a Guest Service Agent role at Residence Inn by Marriott, where guest reception and check-in processes were managed, and a Human Resources Specialist position at Super Purposesâ„¢, focusing on talent sourcing. Previous roles also encompass service positions at The Ritz-Carlton, Starbucks, and Zizzo's Coffeehouse. Sierra holds a B.S. in Psychological and Brain Sciences with a minor in Applied Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.
