Natalie Garcia is a culinary professional with extensive experience in catering, event planning, and education. As the owner of Amethyst Catering and Events, LLC since June 2019, Natalie has aimed to create memorable events while establishing a leading presence in the catering industry. Current roles include Event Chef at Funky Buddha Brewery, where German-inspired dishes are prepared, and a Culinary Demonstrator/Educator at Florida International University.
