Susan L. Lang is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur in the health technology sector, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of XIL Health since January 2013, where the focus is on developing predictive analytics platforms to optimize drug costs. In addition, Susan founded Visory Health in March 2022, aiming to enhance healthcare affordability through innovative consumer solutions. As a member of the Forbes Technology Council and Board Member at The Ritedose Corporation and Develop Africa Inc., Susan actively contributes to strategic discussions and community development initiatives. Previous roles include advisory positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis and leadership as Founder and Chair at HooPayz, LLC, which specialized in consumer advocacy and healthcare transparency. Susan’s educational background includes an MBA in Finance from Stetson University, a Master's in Medical Anthropology from The University of Memphis, and a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Florida.
