Natalia Lyckowski is a Global Neurodiversity Advancement Leader at IBM since December 1995. Natalia empowers an acceptance culture by designing safe spaces for self-identification and developing programs that improve trust and allyship. Natalia is also the Global Neurodiversity@IBM Business Resource Group Co-Chair (Volunteer) and a Business Transformation Analyst, managing projects with global clients to determine scope, business processes, and corresponding system solutions. Natalia joined The Rise Journey in November 2021 as a Speaker in Neurodivergence, helping small HR teams and growing businesses design and implement strategies for building their best teams and developing sustainable organizational culture. Natalia holds a Master of Arts degree from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Sarah Lawrence College.
