Brooke Shapiro is an experienced fractional Chief Marketing Officer, coach, and consultant specializing in social media and eCommerce marketing for parent-focused startups. Currently serving as a fractional CMO at Independent Consulting Services, Brooke guides early-stage companies in developing successful sales and marketing strategies while fostering community engagement. As the founder of Sprinkles Parents, Brooke creates connections among parents through events and resources. Other roles include keynote speaker at The Rise Journey, founding member at Parenthood Ventures, and fractional head of marketing and partnerships at Todlr. Brooke has also co-hosted the Let's Spoon Podcast and founded multiple communities aimed at supporting working parents. Brooke holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Babson College.
