Jordan Carreira is currently the Chief Underwriter at The Ridgeback Group since August 2023. Prior to this role, Jordan has also served as Chief Underwriter & Vice President at Lincoln Financial Group since June 2000. At both companies, Jordan is responsible for developing and maintaining the Life Underwriting philosophy and policy, reinsurance negotiations, Underwriting Training & Auditing, and Underwriting large face amount life insurance applications. Jordan holds a B.S. in Administrative Science from Central Connecticut State University.
