Leah O'Neal has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Leah currently works as a Direct-Hire Recruiter at The Resource Co, specializing in permanent placement and specialized staffing. Prior to this, they served as a Litigation Paralegal at Marks & Harrison. Leah also worked as an Executive Paralegal at Sherman-Stoltz Law Group from 2019 to 2022. Leah has experience in the field of counseling as well, having worked as a Behavior Support Clinician at Compass Counseling Services of Virginia from 2017 to 2019.
