Scott Haley has a diverse work experience, starting back in 2010 as a Sales Representative for Zenex Solar Ltd. Scott then moved on to become a Planning Manager at Ploughcroft Building Services in 2011. In 2012, they became a Wholesale Manager at The Pebble Mill, where they oversaw orders and deliveries to the warehouse. Most recently, Scott Haley has been working as the Director of Operations at The Resin Mill ltd since 2015. In this role, they are responsible for the supply of resin bound and bonded materials to contractors across the UK.

Scott Haley attended Heckmondwike Grammar School from 1999 to 2006. Scott then went on to study Business Administration and Management, General at Huddersfield Technical College from 2009 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree.
