Elizabeth Castillo is a Laboratory Services Coordinator at The Research Foundation for SUNY, responsible for guiding applicants through their orientation, proctoring exams, co-leading workshops, and providing one-on-one coaching in professional development. Previously, as a Sales Administrative Coordinator at BAUM-ESSEX, responsibilities included file management, client inventory setup, and supporting the sales team. Elizabeth has also held roles such as E-Commerce Coordinator at GEENIE, where brand research and community engagement were key tasks, and Customer Service Associate at Paper Source, focusing on customer interactions. Additional experience includes serving as a Student Ambassador at New York University, conducting ethnographic research as a Summer Intern at the CUNY Dominican Studies Institute, and tutoring sixth-grade students in various subjects. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Science and Technology Studies from NYU Tandon School of Engineering.
