Daniel Velez is a Clinical Informatics Data/Project Analyst at The Research Foundation for SUNY, with prior experience as an Associate Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst at NYU Langone Health, where technical expertise and application-level support for hospital software were provided. Velez has also served as an Information Technology Intern at The Mount Sinai Hospital and an Academic Technologist at Stony Brook University, focusing on digital literacy and technical support. Additional roles include Resident Assistant and Conference Assistant at Stony Brook University, where diversity, inclusion, and community engagement were promoted. Velez holds a B.S. in Health Science with a focus on Health Informatics from Stony Brook University.
