Cody Gilbertson has extensive experience in research support and wildlife conservation. Currently serving as a Senior Research Support Specialist at The Research Foundation for SUNY since December 2016, Cody focuses on the captive husbandry of the Chittenango ovate amber snail. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry from 2013 to December 2016, and as a Seasonal Zookeeper at the Rosamond Gifford Zoo from May 2011 to May 2013. Cody holds a Master's degree in Conservation Biology and a Bachelor's degree in Wildlife Science, both attained from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry.
