Santiago Eliaschev currently serves as the Director of Development and Construction at AJ Capital Partners since January 2023. Previously, Santiago held the position of Development Manager at Terra Group, where the focus was on sustainable community development in South Florida. Prior roles include Real Estate Vice President at PLC Investments, where Santiago managed development and entitlements for significant projects, and Principal at RED GROUP, conducting feasibility analyses and negotiating with local authorities. Santiago also served as Head of Architecture at PlusUrbia LLC, earning accolades for the Wynwood Revitalization District project. Early in the career, Santiago gained experience as a Senior Designer and Project Manager at Oppenheim Architecture + Design, and as a Junior Architect at TEN Arquitectos. Santiago's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, a Bachelor's degree in Politics from Brandeis University, and additional studies in business analytics and design.
