Stephanie Nadolny began their career in 1997 as the VP of Clinical Services at Rehabilitation Hospital of the Cape and Islands. In 2010, they were appointed President & CEO of The Rehabilitation Hospital Of The Pacific, where they have served for over 10 years. Nadolny is a highly respected leader in the healthcare industry, and under their guidance, The Rehabilitation Hospital Of The Pacific has become one of the premier rehabilitation facilities in the country.

Stephanie Nadolny holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of New Hampshire and a Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from the same school. Stephanie also has certification from the American College of Healthcare Executives of New Jersey (ACHE-NJ) in Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
