Mark Leatherbarrow is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Designated Senior Airworthiness Inspector at the San Marino Aircraft Registry since April 2016, Mark also holds positions as a Designated Airworthiness Inspector with the Registry of Aruba and 2-REG, providing guidance to operators in compliance with respective civil air regulations. As an Independent Aviation Safety Consultant and Designated Aircraft Inspector with Mark Barrow Aviation Safety Consulting Limited since 2016, Mark focuses on aviation safety assessments. Prior experience includes serving as Airworthiness Manager Propulsion at the Civil Aviation Authority, overseeing safety regulation in the UK civil aviation industry, and roles at SAUDIA Airlines and British Airways as an Aeronautical Engineer Technician and Aeronautical Technician, respectively.
