Penny Napier currently serves as the Director of Risk Management at The Refuge, A Healing Place since May 2021. Prior to this role, Penny held various positions at The Centers, Inc., including Director of Quality Management from August 2012 to May 2021 and Quality Improvement/Utilization Review Manager and Quality Improvement Coordinator from January 2002 to August 2012. Penny earned a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Columbia Southern University between 2010 and 2013.
