Rupeshe N. Mowade is a highly experienced construction project manager with a career spanning over two decades in the construction industry. Currently serving as Project Manager-Construction at Red Sea Global since April 2023, Rupeshe oversees all phases of project management, including design coordination, tender management, and on-site oversight for ultra-luxury deliverables. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager at China State Construction Engineering Corporation, Quality Manager at Sobha Engineering & Contracting, and QA-QC Manager at Larsen & Toubro Construction Limited, where Rupeshe managed quality audits and developed governance systems. Earlier positions as Senior QA-QC Engineer and Project Engineer at Arabian Construction Company and Arabtec Construction Company involved enhancing quality management systems and successful project completions. Rupeshe holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Nagpur University.
