Mohd Amirul Ismail is a seasoned professional in project risk management with extensive experience across various high-profile projects in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Manager for Projects Risk at Red Sea Global, Mohd Amirul oversees risk governance for multiple initiatives including The Red Sea, AMAALA, LAHEQ, and THUWAL. Previous roles included Senior Programme Risk Manager at Parsons Corporation for the Neom Oxagon project, and Construction Risk Manager at Andermann Engineering for the Storstrøm Bridge in Denmark. Mohd Amirul's background also includes significant positions at MRT Corporation Sdn Bhd, Turner & Townsend, Cameron, PETRONAS, Technip, and Sapura Energy Berhad, where key achievements involved the introduction of innovative risk assessment frameworks and successful project completions. Mohd Amirul holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Structure from Universiti Sains Malaysia and a Master’s Degree in Project Management from Open University Malaysia, achieved with distinction.
