Carol Carmichael Edmunds serves as the Executive Director of Operations Business Support at Red Sea Global since May 2024. Prior to this role, Carol held the position of Global Corporate Operations Director at Parques Reunidos from April 2022 to March 2024. Carol's extensive experience at Merlin Entertainments spanned over a decade, encompassing roles such as Operating Groups Senior FD for LEGOLAND Resorts, Finance Director for Australia & New Zealand, Finance Director for Midway London, and Senior Financial Analyst. Earlier in Carol's career, notable positions included Head of Equity Finance and Structured Finance at the Royal Bank of Scotland Business, along with Group Consolidation roles at both NatWest and PwC South Africa. Educational qualifications include a Fellow of ACCA and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Carol also completed a Rotary Exchange program at Gymnasium Westerstede in Germany.
