Andrew Parker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Andrew is currently working as a Project Director at The Red Sea Development Company since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Manx International Project Services starting from 2018. At Manx, they held the positions of Consultants On-Demand and Director. From 2012 to 2018, Andrew worked at BUA Group, first as Head of Contracts, then as Operations Manager, and later as a Contract Manager. Before that, they were employed at Bovis Lend Lease as a Project Manager and Senior Construction Manager. From 2007 to 2008, they worked at Dandara Ltd as a Project Manager, and from 2006 to 2007, they worked at Mace as a Project Manager. Andrew's earliest work experience was with Murray & Roberts LLC as a Project Engineer and Construction Manager from 2005 to 2006.
Andrew Parker graduated from the University College Isle of Man in 1998 with an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Civil Engineering/Construction. Andrew then pursued a BSc (Hons) degree in Construction Management from Heriot-Watt University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Later, in 2009, Andrew attended Robert Gordon University and completed their LLM degree in Construction Law & Arbitration in 2012. Alongside their formal education, they acquired several certifications, including MCIOB from The Chartered Institute of Building, NEC4: ECC Project Manager Accreditation from NEC Contracts, MSP Practitioner CPD from AXELOS Global Best Practice, and PRINCE2 Practitioner CPD from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Andrew also obtained certifications in Project Management, Executive Leadership, Program Management Foundations, and Project Portfolio Management Foundations from LinkedIn, as well as an MCIArb certification from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. In 2022, Andrew obtained the MCIOB certification.
