Anand Mahendra is a highly experienced architect and sustainability expert with a diverse background spanning several prestigious projects across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Architecture at Red Sea Global, Anand focuses on innovative development models that prioritize sustainability and community well-being. Previous roles include Lead Architect and Sustainability Lead for the $10 billion BACS Riyadh Metro Project and the $500 billion NEOM project with Bechtel. Anand's extensive experience encompasses project management and design leadership across multiple firms, including Avon Contracting and Della Tecnica Interior Design. Anand holds several advanced degrees, including a Senior Management Programme from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Architecture.
