Abdulaziz Almohimeed serves as the Executive Director of Urban Planning, Real Estate, and Municipal Affairs at Red Sea Global since February 2023, focusing on drafting legislation and overseeing the establishment of crucial infrastructure within a vast 28,000 KM2 zone. Previously, Abdulaziz played a key role as Deputy Governor at the Real Estate General Authority from August 2018 to August 2022, where responsibilities included strategic planning and project management. Additionally, during a tenure with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing in 2020, Abdulaziz chaired the Wafi Program and contributed to the establishment of the Etmam Developers Services Center. With extensive experience in urban planning and real estate, including a directorial position at the Economic Cities Authority from 2010 to 2018 and managerial roles at Turner International and Saudi Bin Ladin Group, Abdulaziz combines practical expertise with academic achievements, holding an MBA from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from King Saud University.
