Dune Ives is an accomplished leader in sustainability and philanthropic initiatives with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Movements That Matter and an Independent Corporate Director at Ball Corporation, Dune is also a Board Member at TACT and a Member of The Impact Guild. As Co-Founder of the Green Sports Alliance and the Founding Chief Executive Officer of Lonely Whale, Dune has demonstrated a commitment to environmental causes, notably in preventing plastic waste in oceans. Previous roles include Senior Director of Philanthropic Initiatives at Vulcan Inc., and Founding Principal and President of Milepost Consulting, where Dune focused on sustainability and organizational efficiency. Dune has also contributed to academia as Adjunct Faculty at Presidio Graduate School and served as a presenter for The Climate Project. Educational achievements include a Ph.D. in Psychology from Utah State University and ongoing studies for a Master of Engineering in Hydrology and Water Security at the University of Oklahoma.
