Joanne Long is a seasoned recruitment professional currently serving as a Senior Talent Partner at The Rec Hub since April 2021, where the mission focuses on re-imagining talent engagement to optimize hiring processes for top European talent. Joanne also holds the same title at Otoqi and previously contributed to Patch and Wayfair, specializing in sourcing and qualifying candidates in various sectors, including data analytics and climate-positive initiatives. Before joining The Rec Hub, Joanne was a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Firstpoint Healthcare, RGB Network, Design & Construct, and Jennie Reeves Radiographers Agency, where expertise in full-cycle recruitment was applied across different industries. Joanne began the professional career as a Traffic Controller at Sydney Civil Pty Ltd and Garde Services Ltd. Academically, Joanne earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture and Mixed Media from the Limerick Institute of Technology.
