Jonathan Trainor currently serves as the Director of Expert Categories at The RealReal, where responsibilities include managing authentication KPIs, operations, quality control, training, and P&L for fine jewelry, watches, home, fine art, and collectibles, overseeing a team of twelve Senior Managers and over 200 associates. Previously, Jonathan held the position of South East Regional Operations Manager at Christian Dior Couture, managing operations and P&L for ten boutiques in the region. Jonathan's experience includes roles as General Manager and Training Manager at Theory, General Manager at Gucci, and Store Director, South East/Caribbean Regional Training Manager, and Store Manager at Louis Vuitton. Jonathan earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo from 1996 to 2001.
