Ali Zafer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales operations and strategy management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales Operations at The RealReal since March 2022, Ali leads a team of over 80 professionals supporting a gross merchandise value of $1.8 billion. Prior roles include Senior Director of Sales Operations at Glassdoor, where Ali managed a global team and contributed to over $300 million in annual revenue, and Director of Sales Strategy and Operations at TriNet, where strategic planning for a growing organization was a key focus. Additional experience includes roles at Hewlett-Packard and IBM, emphasizing sales transformation and territory optimization, as well as engineering positions at Qualcomm. Ali holds an MBA in Finance, Marketing, and Strategy from Carnegie Mellon University, a Master’s in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
