Ilias Sarris has extensive experience in the hospitality and food service industry, currently serving as Restaurant General Manager at The Real Greek since June 2018. Prior to this, Ilias held the role of Deputy Manager at TRG Dulwich (August 2017 - June 2018) and worked as a Support Worker/Consultant for Alocare Group (February 2017 - July 2017). Previous roles also include Sales Marketing Manager at Artisan Deli Meats (July 2015 - January 2017) and Assistant Production Manager at Oscars Deli Meats (October 2013 - June 2015). Ilias has owned and managed various establishments, including Nautilos Cafe Bar in Greece and Cafe-Bar Nautilos, showcasing strong leadership and business acumen. Education includes a Business Administration Certificate from BCA Business College (1997 - 1999) and completion of high school at Ionidios High School (1991 - 1994).
