Maxine Salmon is an experienced graphic design professional currently serving as the Graphic Design Manager at The Rayware Group since March 2019. Prior to this role, Maxine worked as a Senior Graphic Designer at Salons Direct from October 2016 to March 2019, where responsibilities included designing various marketing materials and collaborating with teams to develop campaigns. Maxine's earlier experience includes serving as a Graphic Designer at Bolland & Lowe from May 2008 to October 2016, managing multiple clients and delivering creative solutions based on detailed briefs. Maxine holds a 2:1 hons degree in Graphic Design from Glyndŵr University, completed in 2007.
