Mary Aarons has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Mary began their career as a Production Manager at St. Martins Press in 1984 and later worked at various publishing companies such as Creative Artists Agency, Knightsbridge Publishing, and RGA, Lowell House, holding positions such as Literary Department member and Production Director. In 1994, they joined Dove Entertainment, where they handled Sales and Marketing responsibilities for five years. Mary then transitioned to Element Books, serving as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing from 1997 to 1999. Later, they worked as the Northeast Sales Manager in Display Advertising at Horticulture Magazine from 1999 to 2001. Aarons then became the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at New Millennium Entertainment from 2001 to 2004. Mary joined Quarto Publishing Group USA in 2004 and held various roles such as Director of Marketing & Publicity and Director of Digital Commerce & Development before becoming the Director of Strategic Relationships from 2015 to 2017. Finally, they joined The Quarto Group in 2017 and served as the Sales Director for Amazon Global and Online Retail.
Mary Aarons completed their MBA in Business from the Van Loan School at Endicott College from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and Spanish from the University of Vermont, where they studied from 1976 to 1980. Additionally, Mary attended Miss Porter's School, but the exact dates and details of their education there are unknown.
