Previously, Even held the position of Director of Sales & Marketing at Bellagio by MGM Shanghai, contributing significantly to hotel revenue through innovative marketing strategies. Even's career also includes key roles at Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai, where leadership in marketing and sales consistently drove revenue growth, and The Portman Ritz Carlton Shanghai, where management of the business travel team was paramount in achieving a high percentage of room revenue.
