Engr. Md. Balayet Hossen has been self-employed since 2018, where they have served as the Managing Director. Additionally, since 2018, they have worked as a Sales and Marketing Specialist for The Proof Positive Group, specializing in MS Word Expert & PowerPoint Expert, Templates, Formatting, RFP, and PC/Mac.

Engr. Md. Balayet Hossen obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Bangladesh Institute of Marine Tecnology between 2004 and 2005.
