Pamela Holzapfel serves as the Vice President and Project Executive at The Projects Group, leading the New York City office in providing owner representation for cultural and educational capital construction projects. With extensive experience in project leadership, Pamela managed over $700 million in architectural and landscape architectural projects at Levien & Company and directed projects valued over $150 million at Envoie Projects LLC. Previously, Pamela held senior management roles at Greenwich Building Consultants and the New York City Economic Development Corporation, where significant capital improvement projects were analyzed and funded. Pamela's early career included serving on the Board of Trustees for the Hudson River Waterfront Conservancy and working as a Landscape Architect/Project Manager at HOK-NY. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Rutgers School of Environmental and Biological Sciences.
