Caitlin Wells currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at The Project of the Quad Cities, a position held since January 2022. Prior experience includes an Area Manager role at Genentech, where Caitlin led a team focusing on patient access to medication, and several leadership positions at Cascade AIDS Project, overseeing healthcare operations, prevention, and education services. Caitlin also held roles at Mercy Corps and the Iowa Department of Public Health, managing programs related to HIV care and treatment. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Healthcare Management from Oregon Health & Science University, alongside dual Bachelor's degrees in Development and Family Studies and Political Science from the University of North Texas. Additionally, Caitlin completed a Health Care Executive Management program through UCLA Extension in collaboration with Johnson & Johnson.
