David Muldowney is an experienced Strategic Projects Manager at The Project Foundry since February 2022, with a strong background in operations and project management. Previously, David served as a Senior Operations Manager and Project Manager at Glassco Recycling, overseeing a profit center that delivered recycling services to over 3,600 customers while managing more than 60 staff. David also held similar roles at Rehab Glassco, where responsibilities included integrating service departments post-merger, and started at Glassco Recycling as an Operations Manager during its establishment. David's career includes technical project management roles at Openet and Credit Suisse First Boston, contributing to IT infrastructure projects and data center builds.
