Raeesa Patel is a seasoned editor and writer with extensive experience in content development, proofreading, and editing across various platforms. Currently serving as the Assistant Editor at ProductiveMuslim since 2016, Raeesa is part of the Research and Content team, enhancing web content through development and adaptation of articles. Alongside this role, Raeesa works as a Freelance Editor for Learning Roots, focusing on Islamic children's books designed to foster critical thinking and leadership among youth. Previous experience includes copy editing and proofreading published works, contributing to local radio and NPOs, and writing for several lifestyle and children's magazines. Raeesa holds a Bachelor of Education from UNISA and a Life Coaching degree from the Academy of York, with early education completed at Middelburg Muslim School.
