Russ Ball is currently working as a Senior Production Manager at The Production Department since June 2021. Prior to this role, Russ held positions such as Director at Well Rounded Productions from September 2018 to August 2021 and Project Manager at Beings from October 2020 to March 2021. With a background in theatre and events, Russ has also worked as a House Manager and Theatre Technician at Princes theatre Clacton and as a Operations Tech and PM at VideoBooth Systems. Russ started their career as a Freelance Production Technician after graduating from Clacton County High School in 2006.
