Neah Armstrong-Davis is an experienced mortgage advisor and consultant at Principality Building Society since August 2017. Prior to this role, Neah worked at Barclaycard from November 2013 to July 2017, where responsibilities included serving as a Customer Support Subject Matter Expert, managing customer disputes, and ensuring compliance with Barclays' complaint handling policy. Earlier experience also includes a position as a Customer & Client Service Executive at Barclaycard, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and handling inquiries. Neah completed a Master of Science in International Business Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management & Finance, both from the University of Wales, Cardiff. Additional experience includes an internship with the 20Twenty Leadership Programme in 2012, where Neah contributed to marketing and engagement efforts.
