Alma Galindo, CMCA, AMS, is an accomplished community management professional with extensive experience in overseeing various residential communities. Currently serving as the General Manager at Breeza Owners Association under The Prescott Companies since May 2018, Alma manages a mid-rise community in Little Italy, which incorporates condominiums, townhomes, and commercial spaces. Previous roles include Onsite Community Manager at Coral Tree Plaza Owners Association with ASPM - San Diego, where Alma successfully led a $5 million special assessment for infrastructure enhancements, and Senior Community Manager with FirstService Residential, managing seven residential communities totaling 1,109 units.
