As the CEO of PRIMA Business Specialists since 2007, Rocco has focused on delivering rapid resolutions to clients' challenges, fostering clarity and alignment. Rocco also serves as a Talent Optimization Specialist at The Predictive Index and was the CEO of IMPACT powered by NCRPS, providing assessment and improvement processes for the cannabis industry. Rocco's leadership includes roles as Chairman of the National Cannabis Risk Management Association and President of TRICHOMEā„¢. Rocco has been involved with CR3 Partners as an Industry Expert and has contributed to various organizations, enhancing operational efficiencies and risk management practices. Rocco holds a BSc. in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University.
