Maya Rittmanic is an experienced sales and partnership professional with a strong background in driving success within organizations. Currently serving as Sales Manager at The Predictive Index since June 2018, Maya leads a sales team focused on the mission of "Better Work, Better World." Previous roles at The Predictive Index include Partner Success Manager and Executive Partnerships Manager, where Maya supported partner network growth and guided consultants in Talent Optimization strategies. Earlier experience includes working as an Application Sales Executive at Oracle, specializing in customer experience solutions for small to midsized businesses in New York. Maya also has experience in fundraising and team management from roles at Smith College. Maya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English from Smith College and has studied at Queen Mary University of London. Additionally, Maya has been a fashion model with Maggie Inc. since 2017.
