Jonathan Shakes is Head of Products at Freightera. From 2018 to 2020 he was CEO of Terradaptive, a company he co-founded to develop products that make off-road, bike-based transportation easier. He also worked as a consultant for e-commerce logistics, after working 15 years in operations, software, and product management at Amazon.com and its subsidiaries.

Shakes has served as a U.S. Foreign Service Officer in Beijing and Kinshasa.
